今天这一张没考得很好～
考出来就头晕～
死于Compulsory Q Part C五分～
还有第五题，Part B,
要讨论High Court 与 Subordinate Court including Court for Children的刑事程序法的分别，
我竟然在考场没分析好，
被字眼Court For Children 给影响了，
结果只讨论Court for Children和High Court,
应该是要讨论Magistrate Court, Sessions Court与High Court Proceeding的分别～

Assume that when the charge was read out to B, his defence counsel raised a preliminary objection as to why C was not charged for a criminal offence as C had kicked B causing B to fall and to sustain some bruises to his hand. As Pn G in this case, how would you deal with this preliminary objection? (5 marks)
啊～问题是要写检察官有权选择要charge谁啊～很容易啊～discretioanary power of Prosecution to choose who to charge....可是当场却没想到～简单～呜呜呜～

我被那个court for children影响了，一直专注在Court for Children与High Court的分别，subordinate Court也应该包括Magistrate与Sessions Court的，再一次被你打倒～再一次哭泣～
